FIGHT IT OUT (FIO) brings a new age of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) to the heart and soul of the old school fighting tradition. Our charter is to produce the very best American-made apparel, street wear, training gear, educational materials and MMA equipment.

As a brand, FIO honors the historical, educational, and inspirational significance of MMA. Founded in 1994 by MMA legend Guru Guy Chase, FIO strives to be the most respected MMA apparel, gear, and martial arts training company in the world.

FIO also has a long and fascinating history, embodied in the life of our founder. Guru Guy Chase has studied martial arts from a very young age, training with extraordinary teachers around the world.  He is a master of 12 different martial arts forms and is one of the most certified and globally recognized instructors alive today.
